From the very beginning we have always invested heavily in the latest technology as we understand the importance our clients place on the efficency and prompt response which modern day computer and communication systems allow us to provide. Our staff are fully conversant with the latest estimating systems recommended by all the leading insurers, which enables us to audit and correct repair estimates, ensuring that the correct repair methodology has been selected.
Our engineers use the Motex EasiEst computerised estimating, management and reporting system to maintain a level of service for our principals, which is unsurpassed.
Our Service
Our team of professionally qualified engineers are spread throughout our area of operation so each inspection is a relatively local one.Our engineers are largely home based and are all equipped with computers and mobile phones linked to our central system at our head office, via the Internet or direct telephone lines.
Wherever possible we strive to ensure that a comprehensive and accurate report can be transmitted to our principals within 24-48 hours of receiving the initial instruction. If required, digital images of vehicles inspected can be sent via e-mail to our clients providing them with visual evidence of the damage.
